This is the full Occupancy Course. In this course you will learn: PHA/Owner and Family Obligations, Voucher Issuance, Family briefing requirements, Term of Vouchers, Request for Tenancy Approval and Requesting PHA approval of assisted tenancy.
Leasing: PHA approval of assisted tenancy, PHA disapproval of owner, Tenant screening, Lease and Tenancy, Term of Assisted Tenancy, Paid Assistance, Security deposits, Where a family can live and Eligible Housing.
Portability: Portability procedures, Portability regulations and understanding Absorb versus billing.
Annual Re-examinations and Inspections: Mastering Re-examinations (interim and annual), Student Eligibility and HGS Inspections (special quality control and annual inspections).
Terminations: HAP contract, Assistance, VAWA and Informal Hearings.
